Cuvee X

This blanc de noir has been made in the methode traditionale style using hand picked Pinot Noir. The finely structured palate is balanced and has excellent fruit sweetness. Raspberry notes are complexed with sherbet and minerality. Time on lees has added texture and interest. The finish is long and persistent as all great bubbly should be.
